Halloween // Need work/church/school appropriate costume

I am an office manager at a ​church​ that shares a campus with an elementary school. What are some good office-appropriate costume ​ideas​ that​ would also be okay/fun for kids to see as well as anyone who may come by my office ​for churchly business? I'm a woman, but don't feel a need to stick to female characters.

Context: this church and my boss are quite relaxed ​and would get a kick out of seeing ​a fun costume :)
