Need creative GOLD team costume ideas for adult summer camp — links appreciated
I got assigned to the Gold Team for an adult summer camp/color war and I’m trying to come up with something more creative than just wearing a random gold shirt.
I’m looking for costumes based on things that are actually famous for being gold — characters, trophies, statues, movie/video game references, mythology, famous objects, etc.
Ideas I’ve already thought of:
C-3PO, Booster Gold, King Midas, Oscar statue, Golden Snitch, Gold Mario, Super Sonic, King Tut, Golden Idol from Indiana Jones, Olympic gold medalist, Goldmember.
I’d love more ideas in that same lane.
If you suggest something, please include a link to a costume, outfit, accessory, or example image if you can. Bonus points if it’s something I can actually buy without spending a fortune.
This is for a fun adult camp, so funny / ridiculous / recognizable is great, but I’d also take ideas that actually look cool in photos.
