Halloween // Can I dress up as Spiderpunk for Halloween?

I am a white woman. Spiderpunk is my favorite spider persona. I've always wanted to dress up as/cosplay them especially for halloween. However, I don't know if that would be considered racist or cultural appropriation. I would probably have/wear the mask anyway, but I know that dressing up as other races can be taken the wrong way.
