Halloween // SNL theme

We need a couples' costume for an SNL-themed party. They don't have to be a couple but need to fit together in some way. We're in our 50s and everyone else will be in their 30s and 40s. We're stuck between choosing something that someone else will choose or choosing something no one gets. Thoughts or ideas?
