Halloween // halloween costume ideas for a punk and a normie girl?

my friend wants to do a duo costume but our styles are totally opposite. i wanted to be a raver vampire this year but she wants to be m and ms? I js thought it was a tad basic. i was gonna be jimmy and whatsername with my bf but she wants to duo with me instead. anyway i wanna avoid basic duo ideas cause halloween is only once a year! but still have a duo where i get to be cool and horror and she can be all cutesy and not over the top. We were thinking siren and cute sailor, a lot of friends told me wednesday and enid (?) but its just...not my thing. I know we got a while till halloween, just wanted to brainstorm early. anyways, thanks!
