Halloween // Custom costume recommendations

My teen wants a Brand New Day suit for Halloween but he's wider (men's large) than he is tall (5'3) so the measurements on ones like simcosplay are off. We are overwhelmed: any recommendations for one that is 1) not just screen printed, 2) is from a reputable site, and 3) preferably under $150.
