Halloween // Looking for costumers in the greater Boston area

Hello, I’m looking to do a Hugh Morris jester (Tomodachi Life 2) cosplay for the upcoming pax event (I know kinda pushing how quick I can get this costume done in time), but I’m not very experienced in making costumes especially sewing. Does any have any idea on how to make this design or can point me in the right direction?
