Halloween // Decent Glinda dress for a toddler

Me and my kids are obsessed with Wicked and my 4 year old is going to be Glinda for Halloween. I found the perfect dress on Etsy for 89$ and when I clicked on the size it went up to 380$. I'm in shambs because I was so set on that dress. I've been looking other places online and I just can't find one that is not like a play costume I was looking for something a little bit fancier. There are some on Shein but I've never ordered from Shein and theres no way those dresses show up looking like the pictures for 30$. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I could possible find a poofy Glinda dress for a toddler thats not going to break the bank? THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!!
