Halloween // ISO creative ideas for a pregnant lady and a 3 legged dog

Hoping you all could help me with an idea for Halloween. I (35F) will be 24 weeks pregnant this Halloween and my dog recently had a front leg amputation. We moved and our new neighborhood apparently goes hard for Halloween! My husband wants us all to be pirates (he and my 2 year old will also be included) but I feel like we have an opportunity to come up with something way more creative.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
