Halloween // Furry halloween costume UK

Hey so I live in the north of England, more specifically Lancashire. I was wondering, if I was to wear a first suit for Halloween to go out drinking and clubbing. Do you guys think that would draw negative attention and possibly put me at risk?

From where I live there are a lot of gay bars and we have a very large LGBT community. But we also do have a lot of masculinity junkies and somewhat aggressive men.
