Halloween // Help with a suit

I’m going to be Patrick Bateman for Halloween, but I’m having trouble finding a suit. I’ve got the read tie, but the rest eludes me. I went to 4 different thrift stores on Sunday and I couldn’t find anything that either worked or fit correctly. At this point I’m not sure what to do
