Halloween // Need help with striped “Bob” costume from Beetlejuice!

My husband wants to be "Bob" from the new Beetlejuice movie- the one that's dressed like Beetlejuice with the black and white striped suit. We found the character's head to add to the costume but the only suits we can find are the yellow ones, and those are sold out anyway. Any tips? I feel like I've gone to the depths of the internet looking for this. We can figure out all of it other than the jacket, since it needs to sit up on shoulder pads and has to fit a particular way for it to work.
