Halloween // Is it okay if i wear a tiana costume for Halloween as a white woman?

It's as simple as the title , I'm going out trick or treating with my friends and i wanted to wear a tiana costume , however if i look up costume ideas i only see black women wearing them , plus one of my friends said that "what will you paint yourself black now" which i thought was random and unnecessary. I simply want to go as tiana as she's my favorite princess and i also look good in green. So is it okay for a white woman to wear it?
