Halloween // Inflatable Costume

Hey everyone! Has anyone ever worn a t-shirt over an inflatable costume? I am buying an inflatable cow costume to be the chickfila cow for my trunk or treat. I want to use my cricut to make a red shirt that says "eat more candy" but I don't have any idea what size shirt to get that will fit over it. Any ideas?
