Halloween // Group Costume Ideas for Work?

I recently started a new job and apparently things get serious for the Halloween Costume Contest. As the competitive person I am, I am determined to win. We have a team of 7 people and we also decorate our cubicle/work area to tie in our theme.

Previously, they have done pirates and medieval themes.
