Halloween // Costume ideas incorporating a shoulder sling?

I’m getting shoulder surgery at the end of September and will still be in a full arm/shoulder sling for halloweekend and am struggling with finding cool and fun costumes that are able to incorporate a shoulder sling!

I don’t want the shoulder sling to take away or block any of the costume and ideally have it be an addition to the costume rather than trying to hide or conceal it (it’s pretty cumbersome so it would be almost impossible to hide it anyways)

The only good suggestion I’ve found is to be an injured boxer but I already did that two years ago so it will be my backup plan but would love to have some fresh ideas thrown my way since my brain and Pinterest have been no help

Any ideas are welcome!!
