Halloween // Advice for bridezilla costume

Hey folks! I’m headed to Vegas for my wedding the weekend before Halloween! Didn’t really plan on making a costume but thought it might be funny to make a bridezilla costume- here’s my question: if I want to adhere some sort of soft foam form in the shape of spines/spikes along a dress, what kind of foam and glue (?) would be something though hold up a night in Vegas?
