Halloween // Wedding Halloween costume ideas

My mom is getting married a few days before Halloween. Not too many ppl will likely dress up but she said to have fun with it! Id like to think of an idea with a velvet suit, likely green or maroon. Ideas?! I want to dress up while doing a costume, though not over the top.
