Halloween // Couples costume ideas?

I'm 6'8 and my fiancee is 5'3, I look great as horror icon Jason Vorhees but we don't know what to with her other than a camp counselor. What are so gooood ideas for us. We enjoy the horror concept more than anything else or maybe fantasy. Anyhelp is appreciated.
