Halloween // Black Feather Costume Ideas?

Hello!

I'm trying to think up a costume idea that uses the pieces I've collected over the past two years, but nothing seems to work.

I have: - a black dress (opt.) - a black feather collar - black feather cuffs - black medieval cowl (opt.) - a long, black velvet cape

I can use any mix and match of these items, and craft or buy others, but what to dress up as??

BIGGEST problem: I don't like horror or grotesque/demonic stuff. Not for me, but these costume pieces lend themselves to that stuff, grrr...

tl:dr What can I be for Halloween that's not scary but use a mostly black get-up? And feathers?
