Halloween // Ideas to make family Pokemon costumes unique?

My family does all-in family costumes each year and the kids have been asking for Pokemon the last couple years. I don't think we can re- direct them a third time but I want to find a way to make it special and memorable and not just the basic stuff like Ash, Misty, Pikachu and Eevee or whatever. Would love ideas that we can implant into the kids! 🤣
