Halloween // Need sewing patterns for executioner hood!

I'm going as an executioner for Halloween this year and the main problem I'm having is finding the right hood. I would like something similar to the picture here. Full face coverage, with just the eyes out, that drapes down. I also want it to have that excess pointed top (if that makes sense I can try to clarify if needed). Any tips or sewing patterns would be really helpful!
