Halloween // Would a noose/ hanging rope around my neck be taboo in a costume?

So I have this costume idea that involves loose rope ( not atall able to tighten, the knot would be glued and not a working slipknot)

Would this get too much negative attention? I don’t want it to be offensive… or would this be on par to a bloody wound and ‘ok’ for Halloween?
