Halloween // Requesting help with couple costume ideas!

Hello! I've been trying to come up with a couple costume idea for me (23M) and my gf (24F) for our yearly Halloween party.

She like the idea of being a witch but I can't really figure out what would be a good one to go with it.

Any suggestions are appreciated and budget friendly is even better!
