Halloween // QUESTION ON COSTUMING

Hey all!

I want to be Weezer for Halloween... This isn't as simple as it sounds.

What I want is to dress as one of the band members on the iconic blue album cover. After that, I'd like to have a scale sized image of the album cover attached to my back, so it looks like I am a walking record. What's the easiest way to go about this? Glue, straps, tape, etc? What should I mount the image on? Foam board, cardboard, etc?

I'm a college student with zero budget and expertise. What's should I do?
