Halloween // Male siren idea

Hey everyone, I’m thinking of doing a male siren for halloween and need some tips/advice/ideas. I was thinking of being shirtless with navy leggings and some fake seaweed, maybe some barnacles attached to my skin and face, black sclera eye contacts and some temporary blue/green hair dye. i was also maybe thinking some fake thin razor like teeth, but I’ve been doing some searching and it seems pretty expensive, especially the eye contacts. how would you do it? how would you add barnacles to your skin? do sclera blackout eye contacts really have to be $80?
