Halloween // HELP! halloween costume for final day of my job.

I'm leaving my job and my last day is Halloween, were dressing up and I want to be a play on ghost of Christmas past but past employees. I'm thinking just the classic sheet ghost but how do I complete the ghost of employees past look?!
