Halloween // Advice needed for Hot Lips

I'm planning on being Margaret "Hot Lips" Houlihan from MASH for halloween this year, may or may not be going to a dance in costume. Does anybody have a recommendation for a particular outfit she wore? Or honestly any advice. I have only watched the show, not the movie so I would like recommendations based on that if possible. Also does anybody know how I could mimic her hair without cutting mine? I have long dirty blond hair.
