Halloween // Pikachu costume for dog

For halloween I want to dress up as Ash Ketchum and wanted to dress up my dog as Pikachu. Problem is I have a German Shepherd and he is big. All amazon pikachu dog costumes are for smaller breeds. Any ideas on how I could make a pikachu costume for my dog?
