Halloween // Matching costume for German and American exchange partners

Hello I am an American who has a German exchange partner (we are both 16 year old males by the way) that is going be here (Minnesota) for Halloween and we want to do a matching costume but don't know what do to and I was hoping you guys could help with ideas. This should go without saying but you never know, no nazi or other offensive stuff
