Halloween // Hairspray and temporary dye recommendations

Hello and happy spooky season! I’m going as Edward Scissorhands for Halloween this year and I’m looking for recommendations for extremely high hold hairspray and black temporary dye. Or maybe even a product that does both at once? I have a lot of hair and want to make it all stand up. Thanks in advance!
