Halloween // Fake flesh

Hi wondering if someone can point me in the right direction to make fake flesh that I can attach to fabric and not my own skin. I seem to only be able to come across tutorials on actual skin.

Hoping to create that open/rotten flesh but since weather in Canada sucks at times I want the option to layer, hence attaching it to fabric.
