Halloween // Costume ideas that require a black pencil skirt?

I found a deal on Amazon for a white pencil skirt (for my team rocket costume) and it comes with a second skirt just in black.

Any costume ideas with a black pencil skirt so I can have a few different costumes in case I do multiple events?

I’m thinking gender swapped alex from a clockwork orange but that also requires the white skirt.
