Halloween // Costume for work

I want a clever yet simple costume for work. I’m a chef at a busy college so nothing overly bulky or fully covering my face. I’m a female so gender specific or not. I do like the Rosie the Riveter as my job is definitely in a male dominated industry. Ideas please & thank you 🎃
