Halloween // Pirate Costume Help

My husband wears a men's 3XLT shirt size. He's 6 ft 7. We're going to the Halloween event at Disney for the first time this year and he wants us all to dress as pirates. Me and the kids are average size, but he's obviously not. He needs a costume. He's fine dressing as simply as Smee from Peter Pan, but if he can get a little more fancy, he would love that.
