Halloween // Fairy costume

Hello, everyone. I'm on the hunt for a Halloween custome. Something I can wear to my Halloween dance recital in Ballet, Jazz, and Tap. I've been searching Etsy and online. I'm trying to avoid Amazon. I'm looking for specific things but all I can find on Etsy are Renaissance dresses, which are all long, floor length, and not fairy looking to me. When I think of fairy, I think knee length dress or shorter. Whimsical, possibly with glitter or iridescence. Cinched in at the waist. Colorful, not neutral colors. Like greens, blues, purples. Flowy and soft and magical. Something that will move while I dance. Has to be family friendly cause there are kids there. Honestly, if I could find a dress and just gets wings and stuff separately that would be great, but like I said I can only find bland colored Renaissance dresses that are way too long. I need to show some leg. Any help? Tips for where I can find something mystical and magical like that?
