Halloween // Halloween: New Legal Holiday

I am going to petition for Halloween to be instated as a legal holiday! Consider this; people go nuts decorating, there are parties and contests, not to mention Trick - o - treat! The day off with pay! Why not? Take Columbus Day. Who cares! Guy was an asshole and had no sense of direction. People get that off!
