Halloween // Ideas for an outdoor, community Halloween event? 🎃

The head of our community actually wants to set up a Halloween event this year for everyone to have fun! They're looking for ideas for games and other things we could do to make the night fun, and I thought, 'What better place to ask than here?'. I already know I want to decorate all spooky like and make my own decor, I can set up my pop up tent and tables to make a spooky little area for treats. Maybe spooky foods and desserts along with candy bags. I'm curious about ideas I could offer for my neighbors. Do you guys have any ideas for outdoor games/activities that, sort of thing, that could be fun to do in the neighborhood?
