Halloween // Halloween events in Japan?

Planning a trip to Japan for October for our anniversary. Any recommendations for Halloween events? Planning 2 weeks across Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto.

A few things on our short list/need to research:

  • Halloween Horror Nights (HHN) at Universal Japan in Osaka
  • Hello Kitty theme park near Kobe has Halloween stuff
  • Anything in Akihabara (nerd area in Tokyo)
  • Haunted houses, either just for Halloween or more historic
  • Tokyo Disneyland Resort events

Any/all recs deeply appreciated!!
