Halloween // Sleepy Hollow or Salem?

Because my year revolves around October time I’m already thinking of where to go later this year.

My main question is if you had to pick between visiting either place, which would you pick? I’ve already been to Salem, MA and loved it so much but was curious about Sleepy Hollow, NY. Is it worth going to or would staying there a couple days suffice of doing everything that can be done? OR is it not worth a visit and go to Salem again?

Activities I like: Ghost and haunted tours, witch lore, towns that are walkable (or at least has good public transit), fall decorations, food/coffee, museums
