Halloween // I need an actually scary Halloween costume or mask!

I want to do a Halloween costume or wear a mask that’s actually scary. I’ve been scrolling on Amazon and i haven’t seen anything that would actually scare someone. What im looking for is either an entire costume or just a mask that would frighten somebody by them just walking by. Preferably under $60.
