Halloween // How do I make it look like I got impaled?

I would love to have myself look like I got stabbed by two spears, with the only problem is that I have no clear idea how to do that. Obviously I would wear something underneath my clothes that I would attach the spears onto, but what would be the best way to go about that? Thanks!
