Halloween // Handing Out Candy?

Does it kinda bug anyone else how many people don't participate in giving out candy. I know some are away spending there Halloween with there kids or friends. But many people are home and are just kinda jerks if you ask me. Like you don't have to decorate or anything but come on you cant get a huge bag of candies for like $10 and help them have a good time. Kids love Halloween I think more homes need to participate.
