Halloween // 10 year old daughter in sling / ways to be scary with an arm in a sling

10 year old wanted to go as the girl who wore a ribbon around her neck. Colonial/prairie dress, green ribbon and face looking a little off. Story is of a girl who wore a ribbon around her neck and you later find out she wore the ribbon to keep her head on. Well daughter fractured her elbow. The sling will take away from the costume. Any scary costumes I can do with a sling? She likes to go all out. Last year was Victorian Grim Reaper - looked steam punk with her back up costume because of the heat being Lizzie Borden.
