Halloween // thoughts on giving out candy and/or goodies?

I fully intend on putting out our candy bowl this year. But I'm making goodie bags for my toddler's classmates and teaching staff, and got extra bag stuffers. How would being given the option to also pick from monster temp tattoos, stickers, kaleidoscopes, or candy corn plushies be reacted to? Most kids in my neighborhood are between 1-7. I just never saw the option when I trick or treated.
