Halloween // Mini comic book about Hell?

As we were taking the Halloween decorations out of the garage this weekend my youngest brother and I were talking about the past Halloween's we remember. I mentioned getting a religious mini comic book in my bucket one year, he looked at me like I was crazy. Does anyone else remember these from the 90s?
