Halloween // Need help with inspiration for creepy doll contest..again

You guys were big help with my creepy Olaf with the human teeth last year (I won 2nd place btw!) And I was wondering if you all could help me again this year.

what I've done so far

I've got a brain I've built out of clay that is going to be exposed out of the top of his head, and the doll is going to be eating guts out of a dinosaur. I had the idea to have the dinosaur pulling an eye out of his socket (eye is shown in pic but not the dino), but now I can't figure out what to do with the other eye. I tried using one of the realistic craft eyes I used in the pulled out eyeball, but it looks weird just ontop of the dolls eye, I tried molding clay around it, but it just looked super bugged out and I didn't love it. Should I paint the flat eye black or red, solid..spiral..whatever. or should I go ahead and cut the other eye part and slide the realistic eye in so it matches the pulled out one? Or is there another option I'm just not thinking about?
