Halloween // How to make a good lumberjack costume?

Super tall and also big Caucasian millenial guy here. Thinking of rocking the lumberjack look...was suggested by someone else. I know the standard look is red plaid, jeans and american suspenders. Any advice/tips to make this a good costume? Also open to adding funny or humorous element to the costume! Would overalls work for this costume on a bigger and taller guy? Any advice for the costume as a whole is appreciated, thanks!
