Halloween // Best places to buy inexpensive halloween decor?

What's your favourite place to buy inexpensive, decent quality halloween decorations? Any good websites? I'm in Canada, and Party City, Canadian Tire, Home Depot and Michael's all have awesome halloween stuff, but it's quite pricey.

We're looking to deck our place out on a budget. Any haunts you would recommend?
