Alright, guys, I work a seasonal job as the Employee Dining Room chef. I have our Halloween party at the end of July. We do all the holidays in the summer (Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving). I have menus written for all of those and am starting Halloween.
So far I'm thinking
-jack-o-lantern quesadillas (veggie option)
-some kinda spooky bean dip with possibly cut-out chips
-bloody chorizo hand pies (meat option)
-possibly a fall-inspired enchilada (GF)
-some cute cupcakes
Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated. I feed about 300 all adults. I have most major allergies which is why there are so many options. I like to go big for Holidays and I get extra money budgeted for them!
